Tourism and hospitality businesses across the South West region are invited to enter the 2025 Tourism Awards scheme in their area. These awards shine a spotlight on the absolute best in the region and celebrate excellence in accommodation, attractions, experiences, events, food and drink, visitor information, age-friendly businesses, sustainability, accessibility, customer service, dog-friendliness and more.
Free to enter, the awards offer businesses a valuable opportunity to raise their profile, get free independent feedback and be part of something that recognises just how hard they work. Run by Services for Tourism who, for the second year, have achieved ‘Outstanding’ accreditation from the Awards Trust Mark giving entrants the confidence that the process is fair, transparent and genuinely valuable, something that’s been recognised by both judges and past participants.
Awards Director Nell Barrington said, “We know how much brilliant work is happening across the region – from small family-run businesses to larger operators – and these awards are a chance to shout about it. Whether you’re new to entering or have taken part before, we’d love to see you get recognised for your achievements. For some, these awards can lead to national recognition, with winners from select categories automatically progressing to the VisitEngland Awards for Excellence. We’ll be keeping everything crossed for the 12 South West businesses who are through from our awards and who are now national finalists this year and will be representing the region at the Brighton Dome Corn Exchange on 4 June.”
Entry is free and open to businesses of all sizes, with the option to enter as many eligible categories as they wish. The deadline for submissions is midnight on 18 May.
